With business booming and a growing list of orders, Acme has welcomed a number of new staff members to its human resources (HR) department in preparation for a hiring surge. Since some of the new HR hires are entry-level with little or no experience in the HR field, you decide to create a series of training examples for them that will help illustrate important HR-related laws and regulations.

Training Examples Document:

Review the resource titled Equal Opportunity, which covers the laws and regulations you will address in your Training Examples Document. For each of the eight laws and regulations below, create a training example of a fictional workplace situation in which the law or regulation is being violated. Each training example will be 75 to 150 words long and include (a) a description of the fictional situation and (b) an explanation of how the situation is in conflict with the principle behind the law or regulation.
