William, a 42 year old mortgage broker, has very hard time coping with stress. He seems to worry about anything and everything on a daily basis. Yesterday it was whether he could pay his bills. Today he is afraid that his car will break down. At times, William is afraid that he may die from a heart attack and worries about how his wife will support their three children.

Zachary is a 34-year-old male who has repeated arrest for violence and crimes against others. His latest arrest occurred when he was caught robbing an elderly female in a Walmart parking lot.
