(ii)                critically evaluate, with reference to the academic literature, current practice within a relevant workplace in relation to the chosen HRM strategy, system and process;
(iii)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â develop their communication abilities. Working in the HR industry (and any job for that matter) requires an ability to communicate with others and this assessment gives you an opportunity to practice skills needed for employment.
Your consultancy has been hired by Organisation XÂ Â (this is an organisation of your choice)Â to investigate its human resource strategy. Organisation X is experiencing issues attracting and retaining Gen Y staff and are currently losing valuable talent to their competitors.

You then need to develop a research paper that critically evaluates the chosen HRM strategy, system & process in light of contemporary HRM practice. In your paper, you need to consider the ethical issues discussed so far this semester and the associated implications on your organisation’s workforce. You should consult books, journals articles, web sites and other materials to demonstrate that you have read widely. This includes appropriate referencing (APA referencing method) and minimum of 15 sources (10 academic journal articles).
