  1. Is the TEAM Act a beneficial reform to U.S. labor law? Are there forms of nonunion employee representation that are good for employees? Bad for employees? How can the law distinguish between the two?
  2. There are several sets of rights granted to works councils, including codetermination rights and consultation rights.
