When considering the appropriate compensation plan

1.      When considering the appropriate compensation plan, it is important to take into consideration the organizational culture.  You currently work in the HR Department of a large manufacturing facility and have been asked to recommend a new compensation plan that will reward employees for increased unit productivity.  What type of plan would you recommend and why?

             Again, feel free to share any professional experience you may have had on compensation planning.
