The 21st Century U.S. Workforce is changing. For the first time the history of the workforce, we have five generations in the workforce. The date range of the multi-generational workforce vary and for this discussion, we will use the date ranges assigned by the Center for Generational Kinetics:

Summarize some of the traits of the generations
In school or work, how has the multi-generation mix affected you?
