you are the general manager at the city center hotel. sarah is a new manager in your housekeeping department. she is aware that your hotel has a collective bargaining agreement with a union. sarah decides to revamp the weekend schedule for room attendants. she decides that instead of scheduling 20 room attendants on saturday and 10 on sunday, it would be better to schedule fifteen room attendants for both days. employees in this unit feel as if this is not allowed by the collective bargaining agreement and want to file a grievance.
