INTRODUCTION 

This assignment enables students to;

 

a. apply the processes, techniques, practices, theories, models, and current issues of the external influences on staffing

b. evaluate role of staffing system in various contexts, and key activities associated with staffing system and job placement

c. communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) the analysis of staffing system within organization.

2          DETAILS OF ASSIGNMENT TASK

You are required to conduct a review of research based journal articles. Find THREE (3) journal articles related to any of the topics listed below and discuss in NOT MORE than 1300 words. The format of the discussion should be in the form of essay. The articles selected for this review should be within 10 years. Topics for the review;
