Understanding Your Employee Benefits

Read the Chapter 8 Case 1 on p 245 (see attachment), Understanding your employee benefits: The decision to work from home.  Answer the 2 questions (also listed below) separately.  Use APA style and a minimum of 2 full pages, not including title and reference page.  Reference the text and at least two  scholarly sources to demonstrate critical thinking. 

1. Should you apply to telecommute? If so, should you pursue a part-time or full-time work-at-home arrangement?

2. If you do telecommute, what can you do to make sure that the arrangement does not negatively impact your career? Are there any other concerns you should have?

Use APA style and 2 full pages, not including title and reference page.
