Charlie is the Foodservice Manager

Charlie is the Foodservice Manager and buyer at White Bank Hospital. He is planning for the facility’s annual fundraising gala dinner and requires a larger amount of wine and beer. He conducts a competitive bidding process with the wine vendors in the area and, based upon quality and price, he places a large order (> $6,000) with a single supplier. One week later, Charlie receives a case of expensive wine, delivered to his home, with a nice note from the supplier’s representative that begins “Happy Celebrations,” and then states how much they appreciate the order and that they are really looking forward to doing business with him in the years ahead.
