Bert Williams called me this morning while you were in your grievance hearing. He wants your help. Apparently, one of his teachers (Ms. Gonzales) has not been able to pass the State Teacher Certification Competency test. She passed all sections except English. He does not want to lose her. He said she does a wonderful job at the school and the parents love her.

He said there must be something that can be done. She is too good of a teacher to lose.
