Apparently many HR practitioners in the UK have had their job titles changes to include the phrase organisational development. However a US organisation development consultant is skeptical about the ability of many human Resources practitioners to get to grips with the breadth and range of the concept, pointing out that the US has education programs in the subject because of it is regarded as an important academic discipline.

 

in light of the above statement, please provide a analysis of Organisation Development and its integration with the Human Resources Development Strategy in an organisation.
