If you had absolute powers

If you had absolute powers (or a magic genie that only granted one wish and you had to use it to address victims of crime) and could change one thing related to domestic violence, what would it be? You are to draw on the entirety of the course to propose one change (do not ramble on about everything you would do with absolute powers). This change may be a new law that you think should be enacted; it may be a call for more research on a specific topic; or it may be a prevention or intervention program that does not currently exist, but you think it is necessary. These are suggestions and you may pick something other than these 3 ideas.
