"Couple" and "responsibility" seem to be very broad search terms

Replay to the post below, it has to have at least 200 words!!

Part I:

"Couple" and "responsibility" seem to be very broad search terms for conducting a search or research articles. it is no wonder I would have gotten a very lengthy list of results back from this search. It would seem obvious that I would need to, in some way, shorten my result list and eliminate some of the results. I think there are both some pros and cons to eliminating some articles by searching for only those published in prestigious research journals. Those published in these journals are likely to be well accepted and considered valid in the research community of that field. However, there may be other articles which are valid and contain important research information that just have simply not been published in such articles. By using this search criteria I could very well miss out on such articles.

Part 2:

The novice researcher who has written the literally review may very well have little knowledge in the field in which they chose to write. Therefore they may have had to heavily rely on the internet to fill in the gaps of knowledge and their own research or the research of others in order to provide explanations. In addition the novice researcher should be cautious in the types of internet sources he or she uses. It is important for the researcher to use scholarly reviewed articles and other sources such as government websites when conducting research. While the internet is full of useful information, for research purposes, it is important to use sources accepted and considered valid by the field in which you are researching.

Part 3:

One problems with research could be figuring out what size sample one is going to use. Depending on the type of study you are trying to conduct, the information you are trying to gain, and the population you are seeking to answer the question about, this sample may vary. By clearly identifying this information in your research proposal you will clarify and find an answer to this problem. A second problem you could encounter is how you are going to reach and survey this population. The researcher should find the most useful, efficient, and realistic way to do so when constructing their research proposal.
