Human Resource Management Paper

1.       Choose one specific topic in the area of human resources

a.       Choose a small specific topic that you want to learn more about

                              chef training is my topic

b.      Sources – can use two book sources, two governmental website sources, and must have an minimum 5 peer reviewed journal articles

c.       Journal articles must include some (not all have to be) specific to the hospitality industry

d.      The paper should have three sections:

                                                               i.      Introduction

                                                             ii.      Literature Review

                                                            iii.      Your Conclusions and future implications

2.       The paper to be written in APA format – Times New Roman 12pt, Double spaced, References at the end of the paper.  Paper is to be a minimum 5 pages, not including the title page and reference page(s).
