OSTERMAN JEWELRY IS COMPANY GROUP CHOSE NEED HELP WITH THIS

OSTERMAN JEWELRY IS COMPANY GROUP CHOSE NEED HELP WITH THIS TERM PAPER VERY LOST I USUALLY DO 99% OF GROUP WORK THEY ARE FAILERS AND THEY CANT HOLD ME BACK BECAUSE I NEED TO GRADUATE.

Paper III A Comprehensive Study of HR Practices Paper III (term paper) should focus on one major area of HRM functions (e.g., HR planning and recruitment, training and development, compensation, or labor relations, etc.) and collect data from the same research site as Papers I and II. Data sources can be interviews, surveys, publications and documents, etc. A logical integration of different sources is encouraged.

MGT 440.
The theme of Paper III can be either: 1) identifying one major problem that the site organization has in a HRM area in which your group is interested, using relevant theories to diagnose reasons and providing valuable and workable suggestions; 2) identifying one major improvement measure relevant to a HRM area that the site organization has implemented over the last three years, and analyzing and evaluating its merits and shortcomings; or 3) identifying one special issue that particularly interests your group (e.g., employee turnover, HR strategy, etc.), analyzing the site organization’s practices on that issue(s), and giving your advice as if you were a group of consultants. For any of the three alternatives above, the final paper should include (but not limited to) the following parts, although they need not be in the same order: a) Introduction to the organization’s background; b) Research problem/measure/issue identified; c) HRM theories/literatures related to the topic; (You may need to find more articles beyond what the textbook says in your interest area from the library or on-line databases.) d) data collection method(s) and procedures; e) data analysis, guided by theories; f) recommendation or evaluation; g) references.
