1.     Jenna and Taryn were involved in an incident in a shopping mall parking lot. Jenna was driving 20 miles per hour in a posted 10 miles per hour zone. Taryn was crossing the lot to get to her car, but not in a crosswalk, and she was texting as she walked. Jenna couldn't stop in time, and bumped her with her vehicle. Taryn was injured and she sued Jenna for damages.
