The movie is about Hollywood screenwriter who goes to Las Vegas to find his 20-year-old niece, who has become a hooker there, and try to get her to come home and enter a rehab facility. Tolan was approached by Alix's mother Leslie, his sister, for help in dealing with a family crisis concerning his niece, Alix Daily, who had allegedly incurred what were described as potential legal, psychological, mental and /or medical issues. Peter agreed to provide guidance and to participate in the family's intervention. The movie, "Finding Amanda" arguably was autobiographical and/or biographical and although an attempt was made to fictionalize some of the content, a cursory review of the plot, story, dialogue, set scenery and design, characters and /or events portrayed in the movie suggested that in fact the movie was based on real life events and individuals The cover of the DVD and promotional material states "SHE'S HIS NIECE. REALLY!" Do you think she states a cause of action for PUBLIC disclosure of PRIVATE facts? Why or why not?
