Contracts may have many types of clauses or terms and conditions that must be read and understood by the manager. The purpose of this video is to show the type of clauses that may be in a solicitation or contract. In a 1-2 page paper, please post a brief synopsis of one of the clauses in the video. Please perform research on the internet, your textbook, a contract at work, or a home contract for a product. In addition, list the pros and cons of the contract clause, why you believe it is necessary, etc.
