How many kilocalories are released when 24.0 g of steam at 101ºC is condensed and cooled to ice at -1.35ºC?
The specific heat of steam is 2.16 J/(g · °C), the specific heat of water is 4.184 J/(g · °C), the specific heat of ice is 2.06 J/(g · °C), the heat of vaporization of water is 2260 J/g, the heat of fusion of water is 334 J/g. 1 cal = 4.184 J.

I understand it needs to be broken into steps of cooling the steam, condensing it to liquid, cooling the liquid, condensing it to ice, and cooling the ice. However, I am missing something because I have done it several times and my answer is always wrong.
