Fancy Produce ordered its avocados from a Florida avocado supplier.

Fancy Produce ordered its avocados from a Florida avocado supplier. They had a contract which stated that Fancy Produce would purchase avocados from them exclusively for one year. It was time to renew the contract. The supplier refused to deliver the avocados if Fancy Produce would not sign a contract for another year. Fancy Produce refused and found another supplier in Mexico. The Florida Supplier sued Fancy Produce for breach of contract. Using IRAC determine the outcome. MUST INCLUDE LAW IN IRAC
