 Question 1- Darren orally agrees to pay Sarah to plant and harvest a quarter of Darren’s farm acreage for four soybean seasons. After Sarah prepares the land and plants the first crop, Darren says that their deal is off. Can Sarah recover? Using what theory?  Explain fully.
