Jon is a guest in Stewart's home

Jon is a guest in Stewart's home. While there, he picks up an antique pistol that is part of Stewart's collection. Jon accidentaly drops the pistol and it breaks. Hoping Stewart won't notice, Jon takes the pistol for repair to a gunsmith who also sells similar antique pistols. The gunsmith fixes it, but forgets to tag it and an unsuspecting clerk sells it to Robert, who is not aware of these facts. Stewart is very upset when he learns what happened. Can Stewart get the pistol back from Robert?
