In 1990 Pam writes a will leaving her 1985 BMW to her oldest daughter, Ann. In 1992 she writes another will leaving the 1985 BMW to her youngest son, Frank. In 1994 she trades the BMW in on a Porsche. Shortly thereafter she writes a Codicil which states in part "This codicil is amending my will in which I left my 1985 BMW to my daughter Ann." Assuming that both wills and the codicil met all required formalities, who gets the Porsche when Pam dies in 1998? Explain your reasoning.
