Document Review (the Review stage of the EDRM) is the most expensive

Document Review (the âReviewâ stage of the EDRM) is the most expensive, important and time-consuming part of the eDiscovery process.

 

One of the challenges that arises during the Doc Review process is that many different professionals (attorneys, paralegals, vendors, IT) all must be able to communicate their individual perspectives of what they need to accomplish as they all must work together to make the review work.

 

Please, read the following article that helps explain what Document Review is,4-6 page and what roles various professions play in this process. apa format

Please present a paper that addresses each of the questions below from each of the following perspectives:

  • Paralegal
  • Attorney
  • Document Review Software Vendor (âthe vendorâ)
  • IT Folks
  1. What is their relationship to the Doc Review Process?
  2. What are their key goals in the process?
  3. What concerns must they convey to the other professionals to accomplish their goals?
  4. (For example, The attorney would need to convey what a forensically sound collection would be to the IT folks pulling the ESI off of the servers)
