On 4th May Kera writes to Liam making an offer to sell goods

On 4th May Kera writes to Liam making an offer to sell goods. The letter says "your acceptance will be binding on me only when I receive it." On 9th May Liam writes to Kera accepting the offer. Kera sells the goods to Max on 11th May. On 11th May Kera sends Liam an e-mail which says "I've sold the goods to Max. Ignore my letter of 4th. On 12 May, Kera receives Liam's letter in the post. Is there a contract between Kera and Liam?
