To enrich our discussions of business law principles, it's helpful to look at actual cases that are currently in the news.

To enrich our discussions of business law principles, it's helpful to look at actual cases that are currently in the news. This week, you need to contribute a "case in the news" to our discussion. Look for a case from this year that relates to the content of this course in the business section of newspapers, on the internet, in business magazines. Although murder trials and messy divorces may garner most of the headlines, discussing them in this class won't garner you any points! It would be great if you could find a breach of contract case.

Prepare a 2-3 paragraph posting for the discussion board by Thursday night on the facts of the case and the legal issues that it illustrates. Your posting should include an introduction (a very short summary of the case); a section on the law that is at issue in the case and how it relates to this course (referencing a specific page in the textbook is a good idea); and a conclusion that describes what we can learn from the case as current or future business people. Please include a link to the actual article (if you found it online) if possible. Also, remember to reply to at least two of your classmates.

If you can, please make the bullet points of the laws you gonna use in the paragraphs on the BOTTOM of the work so I can try to find the pages for those! Thanks a lot!
