Scenario: Mary works in the Contracts Department of ABC Company (ABC), a large multinational corporation

Scenario: Mary works in the Contracts Department of ABC Company (ABC), a large multinational corporation. Mary hires contractors who provide services to ABC. ABC’s Law Department has provided Mary with a form contract to use with contractors. Among other information, Mary is responsible for determining the correct name and business form of the contractor. She is also responsible for ensuring that ABC’s Accounting Department has the proper information to pay, and record payments to, these contractors. Mary is putting together a list of questions to ask contractors to obtain this information.
