You are an outside director of Crocker International, a manufacture of kitchen appliances, stoves, refrigerators, etc. Crocker has 18,000 employees worldwide, including 12,000 in the U.S. The CEO has proposed increasing manufacturing capacity, which would result in 3,000 new workers.
