Mattie is a customer service representative

Mattie is a customer service representative for Chatty Phone Co.  Morgan is Mattie's supervisor.  Mattie claims that Morgan leers at her and makes sexual jokes and remarks in Mattie's presence.  Mattie claims that this creates a hostile work environment and sues Chatty for harassment.
