A. Harry lives in a state where you can get your driver’s license at 17 year old. A month after his 17th birthday, he got his driver’s license and started looking to purchase a car with money he had been saving that he earned since ninth grade by cutting lawns and shoveling snow in the neighborhood. Tom had a used car with a sale sign on it that was ten years old and had over 100,000 miles on it. He was asking $4400 dollars. Harry saw the car and without saying anything to his parents, went to Tom with an offer of $3,800 dollars. Tom and Harry finally agreed to $4.000 dollars as the purchase price and Tom had prepared the paperwork which both he and Harry signed. Explain on what legal basis may Harry get out of this contract if he decides that he doesn’t want to go through with this and indicate what type of contract this is.
