Whistleblowing - Research Paper

As a final project, you will conduct research on the current business ethics topic – whistleblowing. Your final project paper is to be a minimum of 3 complete pages (at least 750 words). You will be required to relate how various topics we have covered throughout the term apply in the chosen topic. In addition, you must research how the current ethics topic impacted changes within the business and industry practices. For example, the Enron case affected financial auditing practices and resulted in additional restrictions included in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

You must also include a reference page on top of the minimum three-page research paper and cite all sources properly using APA guidelines.

The purpose of the paper is to help you understand how ethical violations have shaped policies and procedures in business and industry – not only in the US, but even throughout the world. In addition, you should gain a better understanding of the seriousness and consequences of ethics violations.

When writing the final project, you must demonstrate a knowledge of how to conduct research, how to use a minimum of three (3) scholarly sources, how to properly cite sources using APA formatting guidelines, and how to apply critical thinking skills within the analysis and presentation of your research results.

Edward Snowden is an American computer professional, former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) employee, and former contractor for the United States government, who copied and leaked classified information from the National Security Agency (NSA) in 2013 without prior authorization. His disclosures revealed numerous global surveillance programs, many run by the NSA and the Five Eyes Intelligence Alliance, with the cooperation of telecommunication companies and European governments.

***This book is one I found in my library but I cannot attach the book, I hope you have access to this book. This is a very good source to use. But I need a total of 3 scholarly sources.
