Bree leaves a pair of new shoes at Chalky’s Shoe Store to be dyed. The claim ticket clearly stated that the shop owner had a righ to seal any item not pickewd up within 30 days.  After Bree did not pick them up for three months, Chalky’s sells the shoes to Dian, who does not know that the shoes belong to Bree. Bree can recover from

 

a.            Chalky’s Shoe Store only.

b.            Chalky’s Shoe Store or Dian.
