Nicole is the owner of NM motorcycle shop. On Sunday night, Alien is 16 years old student, visited Nicole’s shop. In that night, Nicole offered Alien a Honda CB motorcycle for $750. She stated ‘’ I will come back tomorrow morning to check it and if I like it I will pay you the $750’’. On Thursday morning from the next week, Alien visited the shop, chose a Tiger 800 motor, and purchased it for $550. After five months, she came back to the shop, returned the motor to Niccole and asked him to pay back the money she paid, as she did not like the motor
