Regarding Contract law, Chapters 9 and 10 provided information on the 4 main requirements for legal contracts: 1) agreement, 2) consideration, 3) contractual capacity, and 4) lawful object. However, with emerging technologies, people are entering into contacts in new and unanticipated ways. After conducting your own research, discuss three new issues or problems with contract law that can arise out of electronic contracts (contracts completed either through electronic/mobile devices or through the internet). Then, use your critical thinking skills to apply the existing law from Chapters 9 and 10 to these issues you discuss. In your 2 page paper, discuss whether the existing law resolve the new issues that you selected? What direction do you predict courts will take on the questions you have selected?
