However, with emerging technologies, people are entering into contacts in new and unanticipated ways. After conducting your own research, discuss three new issues or problems with contract law that can arise out of electronic contracts (contracts completed either through electronic/mobile devices or through the internet). Then, use your critical thinking skills to apply the existing law from Chapters 9 and 10 to these issues you discuss.
