·        Discuss the issues presented in the emails to HR.
·        Write a response to each employee email.Â
·        Create a separate document in which you describe the additional actions you would take with reference to each item. Your document must include at least one additional action item and rationale for the action for each of the employee emails. For example, if you believe that you should gather additional information before making a final decision on an item, explain what information you would want and how you would go about getting that information. Or, if you believe that additional memos or discussions with someone in the company are needed, explain this and explain your reasoning.
