EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ASSIGNMENT TITLE- UDERSTANDING SELF AND OTHERS IN PRACTICE. ASSIGNMENT REMIT. You are required to keep a refec±ve log which relates to your workplace/placement experiences. You will also take part in discussions through which you can prac±ce linking theory thought throughout the model to your experiences, this process will help you to produce your ²nal piece o³ work in which you are required to:  Produce a crea±ve por´olio which builds on the content o³ your refec±ve log, this can be presented in the ³ormat o³ your choice and alongside your wriµen work, may include photographs, drawings, diary logs / extracts, snapshots, observa±on, or conven±onal vigneµes. It can be wriµen in the 1 st person. Your log extracts can include refec±ons o³ personal experiences ³rom childhood and/ or pro³essional experiences which span the course o³ your li³e.  You will use selec±ons o³ extracts ³rom your refec±ve log to structure your work and show how the principles o³ emo±onal intelligence relate to these.  You will need to refect on and evaluate how early childhood development contributes to emo±onal intelligence and ²nd a way to show this in your work.  You will show your ability to link theory to prac±ce by rela±ng theories taught in class or others you discover in sel³- directed study, to the examples you include in your account.  You must make sure that con²den±ality is adhered to when using photographs and any other poten±ally sensi±ve material. THIS IS CREATIVE WORK WHICH REQUIRES SELF REFLECTION IN RELATION TO PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN ORDER TO COVER THE LEARNING OUTCOMES.
