Your operant conditioning example must be reinforcement, not punishment or extinction. Identify the REINFORCER (i.e. the stimulus which strengthened your behavior), the RESPONSE (i.e. the behavior that you learned), and state whether POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT or NEGATIVE REINFORCEMENT was used.
