characteristics to be considered a healthy person

Allport had came up with characteristics of a healthy person and how/why they acted the way they did in situations. Allport believed that a healthy person came from a tramu-free childhood, they are continuously seeking participation in events that are not about themselves, they are accepting of themselves along with the world around them, they have a clear view on life and how it works, they are able to love others in their lives, they know who they are and do not have to explain that to anyone else and they are living in reality not in a fantasy life. Do you think that you need to have all of these characteristics to be considered a healthy person?
