chin chau purchased a new compaq computer set from super duper finance, for rm4000 on hire purchase.

chin chau purchased a new compaq computer set from super duper finance, for rm4000 on hire purchase. after paying a deposit of rm500, he was informed that the term charges were at 15% per annum, a figure much higher than the current term charges. under the agreement it was stated that super duper finance shall have the right to add or modify the agreement, at any time wuthout informing the hirer. 4 month later, chin chau was transferred to penang. he told the finance company that he intended to take the computer with him but the company refused to allow him to do so useless chin chau paid a " consent or approval " fee of rm150 and another rm200 administration fee for amending the location of the goods in the hire purchase agreement. chin chau disagree with the charges and condition and considering of termination the agreement.
