Thesis: Today, Human Trafficking is a growing crime that needs to be stopped. Women, Men, and children are getting abducted and being sold as modern slaves to perform sexual activities. As a society, people need to stand up and fight against human traffickers. This crime is so serious, its hurting the victim lives mentally and physically. This needs to be brought into attention to everyone in the world. There should be a plan to prevent further Human Trafficking and provide help for the victims and most importantly put the people who’s behind this viscous crime in prison.

Slaves are forced to work on various tasks from labor to prostitution. According to the United Nations, estimates that 27 million people today are currently caught in this industry. Human trafficking is a growing evil that destroys the communities, this expands violence between nations and robbing innocence from the youths. Human trafficking in the United States goes mostly unnoticed or unreported. The more people they abduct from unsteady countries can result in more disruptions and profits in regions of operations. Trafficking based prostitution is very common in the United States; perpetrators are more likely to meet their victims on social media. They begin to talk to the victim to gain the victim’s trust. Then the victim is steadily introduced them into prostitution and then relocate them to places like Las Vegas where prostitution is legal. Trafficking can be accomplished through diverse types of traffickers. This is ranging from organized crimes to individuals. The United Nations get an alert when an abductee is moving across the nation’s borders to another country, this is called “transnational organized crime”. Some transnational organized crimes involve a entity of networks operating in in more than one country, and plan to accomplish illegal business enterprise operations. These criminals may have organized their brackets to a lesser or greater extent globally.; victims of trafficking may have been trafficked by an individual working in a local community.
