Hello, I have an english question that relates to a marketing question I had on a test. The question was, "Service _________, prevents it from being shelved, stocked, and put into a warehouse".... The options were (i think) just going off memory, Permeability, Perishability, Tangibility, intangibility. Now i know the correct answer is that "service is an intangible good" but with the wording wouldn't it also make sense to say service tangibility, referring to both its intangible state and tangible state. I guess during the test intangibility sounded weird in my head and I immediately went with tangibility as the descriptive adjective?? Any help or explanation would be appreciated
