1) We know that identifying as an Adult isn't just reaching a certain age. It's a culmination of individual experiences that build upon themselves over time. Yet our society still holds to outward indicators, societal markers, milestones that indicate someone is an adult.Â
After reading through the two chapters, 13 and 14, on Emerging and Young Adulthood, that period of an individual's life usually defined as ages 20 through 40 (approximately), what would you describe as being the two most powerful measures that defines adulthood in today's American society?Â
2) And would those measures be accurate in other countries?
