but it is still like in the bottom of the class

i feel so stressed in college, I put so much effort in academy than in high school, but it is still like in the bottom of the class, made me feel dumb compared to others at least for physics and engineering, I talked to the teacher assistance and find other resource, but it still didn't make sense, what should I do?
