What personality traits do leaders like Todd McFarlane possess that distinguish
them from other individuals?
McFarlane is an ambitious person and never gave up in his life. After a series of
disappointments, starting by his dream to play major league baseball which he failed to
reach it. McFarlane did not gave up, he jumped to another interest by drawing
superheroes and after many temptations to convince employers to accept his sketches,
one of the employers gave him chance to make a name in the market and reach the top
pay for the comic book artist.
McFarlane has a long sight ahead by using plans, if the plan A succeeded, he
continues, if not go to plan B and etcetera. Basically, anyone ambitious and never give up
will do the same as McFarlane, if we know what we need and what we can do, we just
have the courage and attempt to convince the client to buy our product or service, as we

Competition between companies becomes a challenge. The quality of the product
and service is the factor that takes the company profit up or down. All companies advertise their services and products either online or door to door, but the most effective
way to advertise is online. Majority of the world has access to the internet via computer
or cell phone so you need to make your product accessible the same way. For example,
McFarlane makes books of comedy and he uses a website for his comic book character
Spawn do fans can communicate with each other and him as well.
Another way to advertise online is by sending spams to people randomly by
having their E-mails or sending them a mail to their physical addresses. Surf on the
internet is an easy access to books and comics if necessary. It is and adjustment for some
people that may be a challenge or hesitant to do so but it just makes things so much

Leadership is a way of thousand steps, the person has to make the first step ahead
to reach it. A good planner with Charisma and compassion can take the individual up to
be a leader whether is in business or politics or any other field that he or she wanted to
practice his or her knowledge in.
Todd McFarlane gave us an example of an ambitious and charismatic individual
that never gave up, and tried to achieve his goal without hesitation until he got it, after all
obstacles and suffering. The key to succeed is to have compassion, deep knowledge of
what we are doing and forecasting the future to avoid mistakes. Learning from the
experience will definitely help the individual to bypass many problems that he or she will
encounter in his path to success.
