extinction effect or partial reinforcement effect

A rat was trained to press two levers for food on two CRF schedules. A red light indicated that the lever on the right could be pressed for one food pellet. A green light indicated that the lever on the left could be pressed for two food pellets. The lights came on one after the other, at regular intervals. After responding on the two schedules was established the rat was placed on extinction. The red and green lights were switched on at regular intervals but no food was made available. Which lever will be pressed more frequently during extinction? Which effect explains your answer?
