it’s never too late to take steps to prevent memory loss

The good news is that no matter what your age, it’s never too late to take steps to prevent memory loss. A healthy lifestyle and good habits can reduce and can only help to preserve and improve your memory. Find out some additional ways (Links to an external site.) to give your brain a work out (for example, learning a new language (Links to an external site.)) to help keep your memory sharp.

Having watched the video  http://viewpure.com/yOgAbKJGrTA?start=0&end=0 (Links to an external site.)and reviewed the links above:

1. What do you think has impacted ability to remember? What do think has impacted your inability to remember? (Include examples to support your responses.)

2. In what specific way(s) can you begin to improve your memory. Be specific by including examples of how you would apply what you have learned to your personal life.

3. Write a brief summary that demonstrates that you have thought, learned, and made new awarenesses about some of the psychology concepts or topics presented in the video.

The summary should include at least two print and/or online sources (other than the one used for this assignment), that lend support to your viewpoint, opinions and discussion of the topic.

The sources should be credible, factual, and professionally researched sources.  The sources must be documented with an APA Style in-text citation and reference section (see APA Style: Formatting In-text Citations & References ).
