Spend 30-45 minutes and enjoy yourself deeply underneath a tree. 1- Choose a tree that you feel speaks to you. Be honest, don't just choose a tree that is the closest or most convenient. Really stay in the moment and open your senses to finding YOUR tree. 2- Take pictures and tell me why you chose that tree. 3 - Turn OFF your phone and sit or stand or lie down quietly and breathe and relax. 4- Spend at least 15 minutes with free flow writing. Whatever comes up, write it down, it is not necessary to be grammatically correct. 5- Later, you can turn in your experience of your time with YOUR tree or the free flow writing. Turn in with pictures of your tree.
