diagnose both disorders and explain how they were diagnosed

hi, I have 2 scenarios i need help with. I need to diagnose both disorders and explain how they were diagnosed. these are the only 2 i need help with. thanks!

1. A recently married women has had some memory loss and headaches since the wedding. She has gotten a few strange phone calls asking for another women’s name. She has also asked her husband if they could stop having sex, at least until she can feel better, and they are considering adopting a child. On her first visit to a therapist, the therapist asks her if she can describe her childhood. The married women answers back that she can only remember events after she was 12 years old.

2. Samuel was 16 years old when his parents divorced, partially due to his father’s history of mental illness. Samuel and his mother ended up moving to a new state, leaving his father and grandparents behind. During the first year at his new school, Samuel began to get in trouble. He was being disruptive in class and having trouble completing the assigned work. He was tested for learning disabilities (some were identified) and finally moved to another school. At the same time, he had been playing sports and suffered from 3-4 concussions over the course of the year. Finally, he has an episode where he started yelling at his mother and came at her with a knife. Even though he didn’t hurt his mother, it was clearly time to get some more help. During the interviews with the doctors and therapists it came out that Samuel was hearing voices now and again and found himself sometimes extremely confused in school or even in conversations with friends and family. It was as if the words others were saying to him became scrambled in his brain. Lastly, Samuel believes he may have a special powers and says that he sees angles.
