Describe/look at various tariff and non tariff barriers

Describe/look at various tariff and non tariff barriers to international  like trade quotas, embargos, licenses or anything that controls something. 

Then discuss how GATT/WTO through their principals affected these barriers? What have they said and done about these barriers?
